Till Death Us Do Part
Our dear Joan passed away at 6.30pm local time here in Western Australia.
Her last hours were peaceful. If there is a Heaven, she will be going there.

Hello We will miss her terribly but I'm glad that Joan's passing was peaceful. She really didn't want to leave you did she! Praying for your peace and comfort. You have been amazing through all of this. Jannie (quilter)
so sorry Kev but at last Joan is at peace and free of pain. perhaps she will meet up with Had. She got her wish to see Helen and james married.and she passed away at home with you and the family helping her, love Marg.
I am very sad but glad that Joan's suffering is over. I am sure she is in a better place. We will all miss her terribly but she has left us with many wonderful memories and a great role model for creativity, bravery and enjoyment of life. Don't forget to take care of yourself Kev. Love and hugs
I am sorry for your loss Kev. I am thankful that Joan is no longer suffering, it is comforting to know her last hours were peaceful. May your wonderful years together and the beautiful memories help you through your grief. Focus on those years Kev not the past year filled with illness. Joan was so much more than that. Always in my heart and prayers.......:-(
So sorry for your loss- as others have said she was a delightful and creative woman who cared about her family and others and leaves behind so much more than this last year of illness. Strength and hugs for all your family at this very difficult time.
we are so sorry for your loss, kev. i don't know what else to say. nothing will make it any better, but know that our hearts are with yours. -viqui & john
Kev - we all live on through the love and memories that that are from those who are are close to us. I am so glad our paths crossed again - the stoicism and fortitude that you and Joan displayed touched us in dealing with our situation. Be assured that in celebrating Joan's life our thoughts are out there to sustain you then and in the days ahead. Marilyn and Jim

SO sad to hear your news, Kev.
As other posters have said, you have been a wonderful and caring husband.
Just hope you can continue on with your work of providing computers and keyboards to less fortunate members of your WA community.
Jill and I offer you our condolences Kevin. We look foreward to seeing you in due course.
Dear Kev,
Yes, I believe that heaven does exist and yes I will be seeing Joan there!
I can't wait to share a glass of champers with her.
Kev you have been a rock for Joan.
I will see you soon mate.
